Scrum Master

Syone is looking for a Scrum Master to join our team in the banking area.

What you'll do:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective)
• Manage sprint execution and remove impediments impacting the team
• Support the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization
• Ensure Agile best practices are applied according to the BNP Paribas Agile Framework
• Participate in Tribe ceremonies (QAP, Scrum of Scrums, etc.)
• Foster collaboration and effective communication among stakeholders
• Support onboarding of new team members
• Promote continuous improvement and a positive team environment
• Ensure relevant documentation is created and maintained

What you will need to bring:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Proven experience in facilitating Agile teams in complex environments
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
• Fluent English (required)
• Fluent French (required)

Nice to Have:

• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or equivalent certification
• Experience in banking or financial services projects
• Knowledge of security protocols (SAML2, OIDC)
• Experience working within Data & AI environments
