Senior Developer/Tech Lead

We are looking for a Senior Developer / Tech Lead to join our team (Remote)

What you’ll do:

• Lead the development of scalable backend services using PHP (Symfony) and Go;
• Own business-critical systems end-to-end, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability;
• Drive architecture decisions and support the transition from monolith to microservices;
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, observability, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes);
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and business-oriented solutions;
• Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices, including AI-assisted development;
• Optimise system performance, costs, and ensure high availability in production environments.

What you will need to bring:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or similar;
• Strong experience with PHP (Symfony) and solid knowledge of Golang;
• Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka) and distributed systems;
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines;
• Knowledge of Redis, REST APIs, and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Datadog);
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) is a plus;
• Strong ownership mindset, problem-solving skills, and focus on performance and scalability;
• Experience using AI tools to improve development efficiency;
• Good communication skills and fluent English.
