Job Description & Summary

PwC Technology Consulting is looking for a Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer to join our Microsoft BizApps team. In this role, you will contribute to end-to-end delivery of Business Central projects: From requirements and solution design through development, integrations, testing, and go-live, working closely with functional consultants, architects, and client stakeholders to deliver measurable business value. This will involve:

• Develop and customize Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions using AL (extensions, new features, enhancements)
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and high-quality deliverables
• Build and support integrations (Business Central APIs, web services, REST/SOAP, Dataverse/Power Platform where relevant)
• Follow engineering best practices (code quality, performance, security, version control, CI/CD)
• Participate in testing, defect analysis, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Produce and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and, when needed, join client workshops/technical discussions.

Qualifications and Professional Experience

• Proven experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV development (preferably 2+ years)
• Strong hands-on development skills with AL (extensions, events/subscribers, standard patterns)
• Solid understanding of Business Central architecture (tables, pages, reports, codeunits)
• Experience with integration concepts: REST/SOAP, APIs, JSON
• Familiarity with Git and delivery tools such as Azure DevOps (or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; clean code mindset
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse integration would be preferred.
