Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the recruitment process by handling administrative tasks, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. This role works closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to help attract and onboard top talent efficiently.

Salary: 8000 AED
Job Location: Jabel Ali Free Zone
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates regarding application status and next steps.
• Prepare and post job openings on various job boards and internal platforms.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates as needed.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires (document collection, joining formalities).
• Ensure all recruitment documents and compliance requirements are completed accurately.
• Help organize career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
• Support other HR or talent-related projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support role.
• Good understanding of the recruitment process and ATS tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
