A well-funded fintech startup is seeking a Data Analyst to lead the charge in data governance and visualization. This role offers a platform to implement data quality standards, collaborate with stakeholders, and create insights that shape organizational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and Enforce Data Standards: Develop policies for data governance, quality management, classification, and security to ensure high standards and regulatory compliance.
• Drive Data Quality and Compliance: Monitor and cleanse data, conduct audits, and collaborate with stewards to uphold quality and protect sensitive information.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to align data processes with organizational goals.
• Deliver Actionable Insights: Create dashboards and reports to visualize data, highlight trends, and support decision-making.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
• Proven experience in data management or a related role.
• Expertise in data quality, classification concepts, and familiarity with data protection regulations and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools with an analytical and detail-oriented approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
