Business Analytics Leader – 12 Month Contract, Hybrid, Dublin

What’s Involved

• Shape the Vision – Define and lead the data and analytics strategy for an assigned business area, translating strategic objectives into a clear roadmap and prioritised backlog of data products.
• Drive Business Value – Identify, size and champion high-impact use cases that materially improve decision-making, from operational optimisation to long-term strategic planning.
• Executive Partnership – Act as a trusted advisor to Directors and C-suite stakeholders, ensuring data initiatives are aligned to business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Programme Leadership – Work closely with delivery, platform and change teams to ensure solutions are built effectively, adopted successfully and embedded sustainably.
• Stakeholder Influence – Persuade and align senior leaders across business and technology around strategy, sequencing and investment decisions.
• Benefits Realisation – Establish clear success metrics and ensure the value of delivered data products is tracked, evidenced and communicated.

What’s Needed

• 10+ years in data and analytics, including significant experience delivering data products
• Strategic & Commercial Acumen – Strong understanding of business strategy and the ability to connect analytical solutions to tangible commercial outcomes.
• Executive-Level Communication – Proven ability to explain complex analytical and delivery concepts clearly and credibly to non-technical audiences up to C-suite level.
• Leadership & Influence – Demonstrated experience influencing across diverse stakeholder groups, balancing short-term priorities with long-term transformation goals.
• Delivery Expertise – Experience working within iterative product environments (Agile and Waterfall), collaborating effectively with technical, platform and change teams.
