We are now looking for a Product Designer who can take ownership of the end-to-end product experience across web platforms (admin dashboards) and student mobile applications.
Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Luxembourg.
You will shape the end-to-end product experience across:
• Student mobile and tablet application (Unity-based)
• Teacher dashboard
• School and organization admin panel
We are looking for someone who understands product thinking, system-level design, user flows, and inclusive design principles.
You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, customer success, pedagogical experts, and engineering teams to translate product vision into scalable, structured, and testable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end UX across new and existing features
• Translate product requirements into structured user journeys and interaction flows
• Design low- and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Build and maintain a scalable design system
• Improve usability of complex, multi-role dashboards
• Ensure accessibility, particularly for children with cognitive differences
• Apply inclusive design principles consistently
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure technically aligned implementation
• Document UX decisions clearly for engineering handoff
• Contribute to onboarding flow optimization and retention improvements
• Use product analytics and user feedback to inform design iterations
• Participate in product discovery and feature prioritization
• Work effectively within an agile, cross-functional environment
What We’re Looking For
Required
• 3+ years of experience in Product Design (SaaS or EdTech preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Experience designing complex dashboards and multi-role systems
• Systems thinking mindset — ability to design beyond individual screens
• Strong UX research and structured problem-solving skills
• Clear communication and structured thinking
• Working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Technical literacy and familiarity with modern development environments
• Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams
Strong Plus
• Experience designing for children or educational products
• Experience with accessibility standards
• Understanding of learning psychology or cognitive science
• Experience working with Unity-based applications
• Familiarity with web and mobile constraints and implementation considerations
• Familiarity with publishing ecosystems (Google Play, Apple App Store, Windows Store, Web)
• Understanding of in-app purchase flows and payment gateways (Stripe, App Store billing, Google Play billing)
• Experience building and scaling a design system from scratch
• Experience in fast-moving or early-stage environments
