Vulnerability Management Analyst (m/f)

Experis IT Luxembourg is looking for a Vulnerability Management Analyst (m/f) for one of its clients in Luxembourg.

Your responsibilities

• Perform regular vulnerability scans using Qualys to identify security weaknesses across infrastructure and applications
• Analyze scan results, prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk, and validate remediation effectiveness
• Manage and track vulnerability remediation activities through ServiceNow
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure, system, and application teams to coordinate timely patching of machines
• Monitor security events and vulnerability-related alerts using Splunk
• Ensure vulnerabilities are remediated within defined SLAs and security policies
• Produce dashboards and reports on vulnerability status, trends, and remediation progress
• Contribute to continuous improvement of vulnerability management processes and controls
• Support audits and compliance activities by providing relevant vulnerability evidence and documentation

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in vulnerability management or security operations
• Hands-on experience with Qualys, ServiceNow, and Splunk
• Good understanding of patch management processes and remediation workflows
• Knowledge of operating systems, network infrastructure, and common security vulnerabilities (CVE, CVSS)
• Strong ability to prioritize risks and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent in French and English
