Role Overview:

We're looking for a Young Graduate Trainee - Junior Developer to join our team and support a project focused on the development and maintenance of integration solutions using Software AG WebMethods.

You will be part of a motivated team working on the evolution of a large and complex integration ecosystem, contributing to new features, optimizations, and application stability.

What do you do:

• Develop integration components and services using WebMethods technologies;
• Support the implementation of new interfaces and workflows within the integration platform;
• Collaborate with senior developers to analyze requirements and propose technical solutions;
• Assist in the troubleshooting and debugging of integration issues;
• Contribute to documentation and ensure adherence to development best practices.

What you are like:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledgeable in Java or another object-oriented programming language;
• Familiar with integration concepts (APIs, SOA, messaging, ESB) will be valued;
• Eager to learn and grow in WebMethods development;
• Proficient in problem-solving and structured thinking;
• Comfortable working in collaborative, agile-oriented environments;
• Strong communication skills and willingness to engage with the team.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
