Role overview

The Project Manager – Reporting Stream will join a large international transformation program within the beverage industry, leading the end-to-end reporting scope and ensuring successful delivery aligned with global timelines.

This role focuses on driving execution, managing cross-stream dependencies, and coordinating Business, IT, and external stakeholders toward an upcoming go-live.

Key responsibilities

📊 Oversee the overall Reporting workstream scope and delivery.

📅 Manage timelines, dependencies, and execution of the integrated project plan.

🤝 Coordinate stakeholders across Business, IT, and external partners.

🚀 Drive reporting stream delivery toward go-live.

📌 Maintain plans, track risks, and highlight deviations.

🗂️ Ensure PMO governance updates (Jira, SAP Cloud ALM, status reporting).

🧪 Monitor BUT, BIT, SIT, and UAT progress and documentation.

🔄 Lead change management and communication within the reporting stream.

Requirements

🎓 Degree in Management, Engineering, IT, or related field.

💼 Proven experience in large-scale transformation or reporting programs.

📊 Strong background in managing reporting or data-focused workstreams.

🛠️ Experience with Jira, SAP Cloud ALM, or similar PMO tools.

🗣️ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in international environments.
