The O pportunity

The Core Foundation & Integration Tribe (CFI) implements and delivers the Issuing core applications, from Card Issuing lifecycle to Transactions clearing & settlement. With over 150 million cards and 1.16 billion monthly transactions, our platforms operate at the forefront of capacity and performance.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to lead one of our Issuing back office squad. This team is responsible for managing assets linked to our main core product IBO, the Issuing back office of our target platform developed by our tribe and built using Java technology and cloud oriented.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategy for the assets managed within the squad, ensuring alignment with Worldline's goals and product team.
• Collaborate closely with the squad and other stakeholders, including technical and business teams, to gather requirements and ensure product alignment with customer needs.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features and enhancements, and ensure a clear, actionable roadmap.
• Oversee product development throughout its lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Address any challenges that arise during the implementation of new features.
• Lead the continuous improvement and optimization of our processing solutions to maintain steady growth and efficiency.
• Take ownership and end-to-end responsibility for the squad’s applications.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to enhance our offering continually.
  
  

Who Are We Looking For

• Higher degree in IT, Management, or related fields.
• Relevant experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of card issuing processing systems.
• Willingness to learn new things and continuously improve.
• Familiarity cloud platforms is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with cloud-based applications and knowledge of Java technology is a plus.
• Experience working in international and cross-functional teams is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1); additional languages (French, German, Italian) are appreciated.
