We are looking for a Scrum Master/ Integration Lead for a 6 months contract with the intention of converting to full time permanent. Role is hybrid with 4 days a week on site in Downtown Toronto.

We are looking for a Senior IT Scrum Master / Integration Lead to guide agile squads and oversee integration pipelines, onboarding, and ongoing application support. You’ll work with a diverse team to deliver enterprise-wide initiatives, leveraging Customer Data Management platforms and cutting-edge technologies. This is a unique opportunity to expand your Agile leadership experience while shaping the delivery of critical IT solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage Agile delivery for IT development, integration, onboarding, and support activities in a data- and API-rich environment.
- Proactively identify and remove impediments, manage external dependencies, and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Define, refine, and document processes to ensure ecosystem supportability, facilitating team discussions, prioritization, and conflict resolution.
- Foster team accountability and performance, promoting continuous improvement, collaboration, and technical problem-solving across multiple platforms.
- Champion the use of AI tools and data-driven approaches to enhance decision-making and problem-solving.
- Maintain transparency across teams, reporting progress, outcomes, and project financials. Facilitate product demos, status updates, and retrospectives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
What You Need to Succeed
Must-Have:
- Extensive IT integration/delivery experience (10+ years), including complex software systems and preferably systems/data integration or product support.
- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification with a proven record of applying Agile principles to drive team performance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple streams of work and manage competing demands.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, promote alignment, and drive results.
Nice-to-Have:
- Technical expertise in modernizing legacy client data systems.
- Hands-on experience with data integration, troubleshooting, or API management.
- Engineering or technical background to complement Agile and leadership skills.
