About the Role:

You will be working on Tachyon suite of products

Tachyon is Cloud Native, Cloud Agnostic, API first core accounting system capable of powering any asset (secured and unsecured credit cards, term loans, mortgage etc) or any liability (saving account, current account) product with focus on both retail and corporate banking.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager with 5+ years of experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for loan modules
• Align product plans with overall business goals and customer needs.

Market Analysis & Research

• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and customer pain points.
• Gather and analyze feedback from clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to prioritize features.

Product Development

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to build scalable, secure, and user-friendly loan modules.
• Write detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between business, technology, and compliance teams.
• Engage with banks and financial institutions to gather insights and drive customization of loan solutions.

Performance & Optimization

• Monitor product performance using KPIs such as loan processing time, approval rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously improve the loan modules based on data-driven insights and evolving market needs.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or banking technology companies.
• Strong understanding of lending workflows, loan origination systems (LOS), loan management systems (LMS), and associated APIs.

Skills:

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies, product tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), and data analytics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
