We are looking for Program Manager, who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will

• Manage and implement the standards of Program/Project Management;
• Prepare project plan (with project scope, milestones, dates and resources);
• Manage the portfolio of projects and interact with different build leaders to track progress, risks, issues etc.;
• Organize periodical meetings to present to the leaders the status report and risks associated.

Mandatory Skills

• Project Management;
• Proven business process analyst experience;
• Experience leading/managing IT Global Projects;
• Requirements gathering;
• Follow ITIL service management best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
• English is mandatory.
• Completed or ongoing Bachelor's Degree in Data, IT or a closely related field.

Desirable Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication;
• Negotiation;
• Ability to solve problems;
• User Experience;
• Application Design and Integration;
• Solution Development using Microsoft SharePoint;
• Pharma industry experience is a plus;
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and changes in the network environment;
• Assertive communication, clarity, precision, and politeness.
