About Your New Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a Workplace Investing Customer Solutions team. In this role, you will be embedded within an Agile squad, partnering closely with product, technology, legal, compliance, and risk teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions aligned to key business goals.

You will play a critical role in translating business objectives into actionable requirements, driving effective communication across stakeholders, supporting risk mitigation and quality assurance, and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role requiring strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to influence across cross-functional teams.

What Skills You Need

• 5–7 years’ relevant experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong experience identifying and documenting business requirements, current/future state analysis, and process improvement
• Experience with workflow design, data analysis, data visualisation, and impact analysis
• Solid understanding of Agile methodology and experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Mural or similar backlog management tools
• Experience defining epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Ability to facilitate story refinement sessions and demonstrate sprint deliverables
• Experience leading Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Hands-on experience performing end-to-end Business Acceptance Testing and ensuring traceability of test cases
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to summarise and interpret complex information
• Experience managing cross-team dependencies and working across multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Demonstrated leadership skills including mentoring peers and managing team conflicts
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
