Head of Corporate

WinMatch is acting on behalf of a well-established, fiduciary and corporate services provider in Luxembourg to recruit a Head of Corporate.

Head of Corporate: Your Role:

• Manage a diversified portfolio of corporate entities and investment structures, ensuring full governance and lifecycle oversight.
• Handle corporate matters from incorporation to liquidation, ensuring full lifecycle management of entities.
• Oversee AML/KYC processes and ensure ongoing compliance with Luxembourg regulatory requirements.
• Work autonomously on files while contributing to the strengthening of the corporate team.
• Support governance processes and ensure documentation, filings, and corporate records remain fully compliant.

Head of Corporate: Your Profile:

• Minimum 6 years of experience within a fiduciary, corporate services provider, or similar environment in Luxembourg.
• Legal background with the ability to independently manage complex corporate files.
• Strong knowledge of SOPARFI and holding structures, as well as investment funds.
• Experience dealing with CSSF-regulated environments is highly valued, particularly exposure to FATCA or fund-related reporting.
• Fluent in French and English.
