Be our NEXT Senior Project Manager!

• +4 years of experience in Project Management;
• Experience in Transformation programs (preferably in Banking);
• Experience in IT and AI-related projects;
• Fluency in English (mandatory);
• Strong Change Management and Continuous Improvement expertise;
• Lead transformation initiatives within a global strategic banking program;
• Manage program governance and ensure executive-level alignment;
• Coordinate Business, IT, Digital, and AI teams;
• Identify and deliver value creation targets;
• Facilitate solution definition with cross-functional teams;
• Ensure project control, executive reporting, and milestone tracking.
