Frontend Developer (React / Next.js) – Middle+

Level: Middle and above (no junior profiles)

Employment Type: Part-time contract (approx. 20 hours per week for 2–3 months)

SpeakUp is a global AI Matching App that connects speakers and experts with conferences, podcasters, journalists, and corporate teams.

The platform allows event teams and media to search, filter, match, and book speakers using AI-driven ranking and recommendation logic. It also includes a web application for users and a dedicated admin center for managing users, events, analytics, moderation, and internal workflows.

• Develop and scale the main web application (user-facing product)

• Develop and improve the Admin Center (internal dashboards, moderation tools, analytics)

• Build complex UI flows (AI matching, ranking filters, CRM modules)

• Integrate REST and WebSocket APIs for real-time functionality

• Implement responsive and adaptive layouts (desktop, tablet, mobile)

• Optimize performance and Core Web Vitals for global traffic

• Maintain scalable component architecture and clean TypeScript code

• Collaborate closely with backend team (FastAPI)

• 3+ years commercial frontend experience (Middle minimum)

• Production React experience

• Strong Next.js knowledge (SSR, routing, performance optimization)

• TypeScript – required

• REST + WebSocket integration

• State management (Redux / Zustand / similar)

• Experience building dashboards or SaaS interfaces

• Responsive / adaptive layout implementation

• GitHub workflow (PR, code reviews)

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

• AI-driven UI or analytics systems

• SEO knowledge in Next.js

• CI/CD and testing (Jest / Cypress / Playwright)

• Ownership over global AI product features
