Payroll Coordinator | Function

• Ensure the closure of payroll for employees for both blue-collar and white-collar worker populations
• Be the first point of contact for employees and HR colleagues regarding payroll issues for individuals or groups of people
• Replace the team leader in their absence and lead necessary meetings, checks, and projects at that time
• Identify improvements in the payroll process, tools, and functional operations and discuss them with the appropriate colleagues to implement changes

Payroll Coordinator | Profile

• At least 5 years of payroll experience
• Really goof knowledge of SAP HR
• Able to guide and motivate a group of employees
• Fluent in Dutch and French
