About The Role

Our Client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support high-profile initiatives within the Privacy Program. This role will focus on leading privacy-related activities across major digital health initiatives including EHR Modernization and Integrated Patient Access.

This is a complex, enterprise-level role within a highly regulated healthcare environment requiring strong stakeholder engagement, privacy coordination, and delivery leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale, complex privacy-focused IT projects
  • Oversee privacy prioritization strategy for digital initiatives
  • Manage vendor relationships for privacy program initiatives
  • Coordinate privacy risk management activities
  • Support privacy impact assessments and consultation activities
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with scope, schedule, budget, and OPS methodologies
  • Provide executive-level reporting on risks, issues, and project status
  • Drive change management and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Monitor project costs, forecasts, and financial accountability
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy legislation and standards

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5 to 7+ years of experience managing electronic health-related IT projects, Ideally deploying clinical software systems
  • 1 to 2+ years experience working within Agile and DevOps environments
  • Strong experience in public sector healthcare environments
  • Solid understanding of project management fundamentals including scope, risk, quality, and stakeholder governance
  • Budgeting and financial management experience
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines

Evaluation Criteria

Candidates Will Be Evaluated On

  • Experience managing and troubleshooting project monitoring and execution
  • Experience supporting privacy program activities including risk assessments and consultations
  • Experience delivering complex IT solutions within integrated healthcare environments
  • Experience with SDLC, PMLC, DevSecOps, and Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP Certification
  • Strong knowledge of PMBOK
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence
  • Knowledge of FIPPA, PHIPA, and related privacy legislation
  • Experience in healthcare information systems across Ontario
  • Experience in change management and workflow redesign
  • Familiarity with AODA and accessibility standards
  • Experience operating in complex, politically sensitive environments
