• Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor the development team on Agile principles and practices.
• Remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with product owners to maintain a well-defined product backlog and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good to have Banking domain.
• Monitor team performance and provide insights to improve productivity and quality.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage team members to share feedback.
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Agile training programs for team members and stakeholders.
