Software Project Manager

Now we are looking for a Software Project Manager to ensure that our software projects are delivered on time, within budget, in scope, and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple software releases.
• Manage scope and schedule changes and ensure proper change control.
• Maintain clear delivery timelines, integration points, and team responsibilities.
• Monitor the critical path and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare release gates according to timelines and processes.
• Report progress internally and to customers, acting early on deviations.
• Identify risks and define mitigation actions.
• Ensure transparent communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Secure quality and requirement compliance of all deliverables.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage expectations.
• Drive process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Maintain essential documentation and records of decisions.

What we are looking for?

• Solid experience in software development (5+ years in Agile environments).
• Proven track record in leading software projects (3+ years as Project Manager, Team Lead or Product Owner).
• Relevant technical degree in computer science, engineering or similar.
