The Role

• Responsible for software implementation and ongoing support for clients in process management

• Analyze and evaluate requirements to optimize software solution deployment

• Serve as a primary contact for client support via email, phone, and remote access

• Train users on the technical application of the system, both online and on-site

• Identify potential in client requests to contribute to continuous solution development

What You'll Need

• Strong interest in the healthcare sector, with initial professional experience being a plus

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products

• Ability to work independently, customer-oriented, and systematically with an analytical approach

• Open and communicative nature with good moderation and presentation skills

• A passion for challenges and engaging, self-reliant tasks
