Join a collaborative team of experts and play a key role in shaping a product that is central to Danske Bank’s Forward ’28 strategy. As a Senior Gen AI / Cloud Software Developer, you will drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced generative AI models and scalable cloud applications. You’ll partner with data scientists, architects, developers, and business stakeholders to build and deliver robust solutions on AWS, leveraging your expertise in Python and modern AI frameworks.

You will:

• Design, develop, and optimize generative AI models for rule-based guidance in banking processes
• Develop and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-native solutions on AWS
• Collaborate in a cross-functional team to integrate AI-driven guidance into advisor-facing tools and workflows
• Contribute to the development of APIs, microservices, and cloud workflows that support the Credit Agent platform
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold best practices in software development
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to ensure reliability and scalability
• Stay current with the latest advances in AI, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices; proactively apply new knowledge to Credit Agent solutions
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards throughout the software development lifecycle
  
  

About you:

• Professional experience in software development, including building solutions involving generative AI and/or large language models
• Excellent clean, coding skills, regardless of language
• Hands-on experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services)—including but not limited to services such as EC2, Lambda, and S3
• Knowledge of software architecture design: designing and deploying robust, distributed, microservices-based systems on the cloud
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring tools (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform)
• Effective communication skills with a proven ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and mentor others
• Excellent analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skill
• Advanced English skills, both written and spoken
  
  

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 4560 EUR to 6840 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
