We are looking for Windows Service Manager to join us in Lisbon.
Responsibilities:
- The resource we are looking for will support various stakeholders in the organization, mainly coming from product teams but also Service Management, Global Process Owners and others to analyze required QoS levers, define actions plans and drive & support their execution with the product teams.
- The service will also support the product teams in fulfilling the defined goals within the so-called “Ambition 2025” which is a set of KPIs that have been defined on top of the contractually agreed SLAs. Some of the Ambition KPIs are already familiar to the product teams but have increased targets compared to former year. Some – especially operational – indicators have been added to the Ambition this year and are thereof new for the product teams. So they may require support in defining the right actions to reach them as well.

- Expertise with working in global environments
- Operational expertise
- Reporting expertise
- Ideally expertise with Service Now
