Senior Network Engineer

This role is for an experienced Senior Network Engineer responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure. The position focuses on ensuring high availability, performance, and security across LAN, WAN, and network security platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in enterprise networking technologies including Juniper routing and switching, Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, VPN technologies, and F5 BIG-IP load balancers.

Key responsibilities include designing scalable network solutions, configuring and maintaining routers and switches, managing firewall policies and VPN configurations, deploying and optimizing load balancers, and monitoring network performance using enterprise tools. The role also involves troubleshooting complex network issues, planning capacity upgrades, maintaining network documentation, and supporting change management processes.

The candidate should possess deep knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and Layer 2/3 networking, along with strong troubleshooting capabilities using packet analysis tools. Experience with network automation tools such as Python or Ansible is an advantage.

A minimum of 7 years of enterprise networking experience is required. Relevant certifications such as Juniper JNCIP/JNCIE, Fortinet NSE (1–4 or higher), F5-CA, or equivalent vendor-neutral certifications are preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers are essential.
