Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a solid educational background and relevant experience, including:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of professional experience developing with ASP.NET Web API 2.
- Proficiency in C# 8.0, .NET 4.8+, JavaScript, Angular, and Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of unit testing methodologies and dependency injection principles.
- Hands-on experience working with Azure cloud services, including deployment, monitoring, and management of applications and data.
- Deep knowledge of software development best practices, principles, and methodologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Effective communication skills capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive and self-driven attitude, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Commitment to continuous learning to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
As an ASP.NET Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining ASP.NET Web API 2 applications tailored for the energy sector.
- Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with business goals.
- Utilizing JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and Vue.js to create engaging, responsive, and interactive user interfaces.
- Implementing comprehensive unit testing and dependency injection to enhance code reliability and maintainability.
- Deploying, monitoring, and managing applications and services on Azure cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Participating in code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and adopting best practices to improve development workflows.
- Troubleshooting and resolving software defects, technical issues, and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.
- Staying informed about emerging technologies and trends, and sharing knowledge with team members to foster innovation.
