If you enjoy modelling systems, solving structured problems and building technical solutions - but also want long-term professional credibility - this programme was built with you in mind.
It is not suitable for accounting, finance or business-led degrees.

Role Mission
From day one, you will work on live digital asset and Web3 engagements while contributing to internal tooling that enables near real-time reporting and verification.
You will operate across:
• Blockchain transaction analysis
• Financial reporting under UK GAAP and IFRS
• Regulatory and governance frameworks
• Proprietary fintech software development
This role blends coding, analysis and structured professional training.
You will qualify as an ICAEW ACA Chartered Accountant while developing applied technical expertise in blockchain and financial systems.
Few graduate programmes combine mathematical rigour, fintech exposure and a globally recognised professional qualification in this way.
Key Responsibilities
• Support audit and assurance engagements across Web3 and digital asset clients
• Prepare and review financial statements under UK GAAP and IFRS
• Assist on digital asset tax and regulatory advisory assignments
• Analyse complex on-chain transaction flows and business models
• Develop and enhance proprietary internal tools using Python, SQL, R or VBA
• Contribute to real-time reporting and proof-of-reserves processes
• Progress through the ACA qualification with structured mentoring
• Stay current with evolving blockchain regulation and accounting standards
Must-Have Experience
• 2:1 or above in a mathematically rigorous STEM discipline
• Coding or scripting exposure (Python preferred) or strong motivation to develop it
• Exceptional analytical and numerical reasoning
• Clear communication skills
• Interest in blockchain, fintech or financial infrastructure
• Commitment to completing the ICAEW ACA qualification
• Long-term professional ambition
