📌 Job description:

Own the end-to-end security of the mobile applications within a TLOT-4 government-grade environment, covering both security governance and hands-on technical implementation.

🛠️ Your responsibilities:

Security Governance & Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with the Mobile Security Management Plan (SMP) and TLOT-4 requirements
• Act as the single point of contact for mobile security topics with the security teams
• Lead security reviews, risk assessments, and acceptance validation
• Manage security reporting, remediation tracking, and audit evidence
• Define and enforce secure SDLC practices across mobile delivery

Mobile Application Security Implementation

• Implement and maintain mobile hardening and protection mechanisms :

1. DexGuard (Android)
2. iXGuard (iOS)
3. Anti-tampering, anti-debugging, runtime integrity
4. Certificate pinning and secure storage

• Support penetration testing remediation and vulnerability fixes
• Configure security monitoring, logging, and alerting
• Validate dependency security, SBOM, and SAST outputs
• Ensure compliance with cryptographic and data-protection requirements

Delivery & Lifecycle Support

• Support secure architecture design with backend, DevOps, and mobile teams
• Participate in UAT, go-live security validation, and production readiness
• Contribute to long-term security maintenance and patch strategy

💼 Profile:

• 8+ years in mobile or application security engineering
• Proven experience in government, regulated, or high-security environments
• Hands-on expertise with mobile hardening, obfuscation, and runtime protection
• Experience managing pentests, vulnerability remediation, and secure SDLC
• Ability to interface directly with customer cybersecurity stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of mobile threat models, cryptography, and secure architecture
• Fluent professional English

Nice to have :

• Prior experience with Thales security frameworks or SDK environments
• Exposure to digital identity, biometrics, or national-scale platforms
• Certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP, GIAC, or mobile security specializations
