The Role

• Create and manage employment contracts and other HR-related documents

• Handle various administrative HR processes (e.g., benefits, anniversaries, onboarding, references)

• Maintain data in HR software (Personio) and manage general documentation

• Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR administration

• Assist with clarification cases and the preliminary payroll process with our external provider

• Actively participate in HR projects and process improvements

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed commercial training

• Initial professional experience in HR, with basic knowledge of payroll and contract law

• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken)

• Digital affinity and proficiency with Office and HR software, or a willingness to learn

• High level of discretion, responsibility, and a structured, conscientious work approach

• Team player with strong communication skills
