We are looking for a Scrum Master for a project in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and support Scrum ceremonies, ensuring effective agile practices and continuous team improvement
• Promote team self-organization, cross-functional collaboration, and removal of impediments
• Ensure adherence to Scrum values, principles, and ways of working
• Support project planning, coordination, tracking, and PMO activities across initiatives
• Maintain transparency, structure, and documentation, including status reporting, risk, and dependency management
• Organize and facilitate workshops, meetings, and alignment sessions
• Act as a key interface between delivery teams, Product Ownership, and the wider organization
• Support and coach the Product Owner in backlog refinement and agile best practices
• Enable effective collaboration between the Product Owner, development team, and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering or similar;
• More than 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master;
• Experience in IT or Software development projects is a strong advantage
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
