Professional DevOps Engineer (English)

For an infrastructure and rollout project within a large enterprise environment, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer (Professional / S2) with a strong OS-level focus.

The core objective is a company-wide agent rollout (endpoint management solution). The role carries technical enablement and implementation responsibility in close collaboration with multiple OS teams.

This is a hands-on, operational role (implementation, support, coordination) including 2nd and 3rd level support as well as on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Enablement and technical support of OS teams during agent installations
• Technical Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for OS- and project-related topics
• Support of the Project Manager (planning, tracking, status communication)
• Creation, prioritization, and refinement of the backlog including effort estimation
• Execution of rollout and migration-related tasks
• Operations, monitoring, and handling of incidents, changes, and problems
• Ensuring built-in quality and security
• Automation of deployments and testing

Requirements

• Experience with backend and agent-based applications (Windows & Linux)
• Strong infrastructure know-how (networking, storage, virtualization)
• Excellent scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Experience with DevOps toolchain:
• Git
• Ansible
• Docker
• Artifactory
• Jira
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes (deployment, change, incident, problem management)
• Experience with rollouts/migrations in complex enterprise environments
• Experience working in matrix organizations with multiple teams
• English language skills at minimum B2 level
