Technical Support Engineer (Automotive industry)

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist for our global company operating in the Industrial Machinery and Material Handling Equipment industry.

Job Description:

• Analyze technical issues reported from the field and develop effective solutions,
• Manage escalation processes in complex cases,
• Provide remote technical support (remote diagnostics, software updates, calibration, etc.),
• Deliver on-site technical support at customer locations when required,
• Provide installation/commissioning support for SWA products and complex fleet deliveries,
• Offer technical support throughout warranty processes,
• Support spare parts verification and technical documentation,
• Coordinate with the international technical support team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field (preferred),
• Strong technical knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies,
• Solid technical product knowledge and field experience,
• Experience with diagnostic tools and technical documentation,
• IT literate with strong system usage skills,
• Familiarity with remote service systems and data-driven maintenance processes (preferred),
• Fluent in English,
• Experience working at customer sites,
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills,
• Excellent customer communication skills,
• Willingness to travel and work on-site when required.
