WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for an AI Senior Solutions Engineer to define, design, and drive how AI capabilities are integrated and operationalized across complex enterprise environments. Requiring strong applied AI background, and document-heavy problem spaces. Building networked ecosystem of pro-code AI agents within Microsoft Azure Foundry, aligned with sovereign cloud requirements and Compass compliance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Architect and deliver end-to-end orchestration for AI agents and enterprise system integrations
• Translate complex business processes into scalable, fault-tolerant technical architectures
• Define interaction patterns between AI agents, enterprise applications, data platforms, and identity services
• Lead and resolve cross-system and cross-team integration challenges to unblock delivery
• Design AI-enabled workflows for reliability, scalability, and operational resilience
• Guide architectural decisions for distributed, cloud-native AI systems
• Partner closely with engineering, platform, and security teams to ensure compliant, secure deployments
• Oversee architectural consistency and quality across AI initiatives and delivery phases
• Support initial text-based agentic workflows, with future expansion into translation, speech, and multimodal AI capabilities.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• 7+ years of experience in AI Engineering systems integration, or platform engineering, ideally on AI-driven initiatives
• Compound AI architectures (agentic AI, RAG/KAG patterns, prompt & context engineering, evaluation frameworks)
• Cloud-native architectures on Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Kubernetes, DevOps, and SRE practices in production environments
• Application and platform security (OAuth, RBAC, PII handling, AI guardrails, content filtering)
• Enterprise data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake
• Familiarity with identity management, enterprise security models, and regulated or sovereign cloud environments
• Strong expertise in systems design, architectural trade-off analysis, and troubleshooting
• Proven ability to design distributed systems in complex enterprise environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams
• Fluent spoken and written English
