Senior Vice President

We are seeking a Senior Vice President in Client Relationship Management to oversee a portfolio of corporate and fund clients within a growing international platform. This role combines client ownership with strong governance oversight.

You will manage senior client relationships and ensure high standards of corporate governance and operational control within one of the most reputable Luxembourg fund services administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

• Initially take full ownership of managing and servicing a key strategic client.
• Own and manage a portfolio of corporate and fund clients, acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Oversee onboarding, entity launches, and ongoing service delivery.
• Negotiate and manage service level agreements.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing relationships.
• Drive performance against financial and service targets.

Corporate Governance & Oversight

• Act as a subject matter expert on corporate and regulatory matters, leading and developing Corporate Secretarial teams servicing your clients.
• Serve as director or officer on client entities where required.
• Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal control frameworks.
• Monitor regulatory developments and implement necessary changes.
• Manage risk, escalations, and incident resolution.
• Improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.

Profile:

• Law degree or equivalent Corporate Secretarial qualification.
• 10 years’ experience in Corporate Secretarial services.
• Strong knowledge of alternative asset structures, funds, and SPVs.
• Proven leadership experience in an international environment.
• Commercially minded, client-focused, and results-driven.
• Confident communicator capable of operating at a senior level.
