Product Manager - Metal Constructions

Looking for a Product Manager to join a leading electrical engineering company.

We are currently searching for a Product Manager to manage the full lifecycle of metal constructions products.

Our client, a strong and well‑established industry leader, is expanding its product management team.

Your new role

• Manage the entire portfolio of metallic shelter products designed for the energy, telecommunications, and critical infrastructure sectors.

• Coordinate all product‑related project activities to meet performance, quality and commercial objectives.

• Analyze market trends, customer expectations and competitive landscape to refine product positioning.

• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations (IEC 62271, CE, ISO 50001, safety standards).

• Collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, production, quality, marketing and sales teams.

• Review and validate technical documentation, pricing structures, cost analysis and business cases.

• Support supply chain and production teams in ensuring product deliverability and performance.

• Conduct data analysis to optimize product costs, margins and lifecycle performance.

• Manage the design and development phases, ensuring adherence to deadlines and technical requirements.

• Coordinate with external suppliers and strategic partners for product development and improvements.

• Identify lessons learned and contribute to the continuous improvement of future product lines.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metal Structures, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Management.

• Master’s degree in Product Management or Industrial Engineering – an advantage.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in developing metallic products and/or modular solutions for telecommunications and critical infrastructure.

• Advanced knowledge of materials, metallurgical treatments, thermal and acoustic insulation, ventilation, and safety standards.

• Advanced knowledge of IEC, CE, ISO 50001 standards and electrical safety requirements.

• Experience with ERP tools and market analysis software.

• Data analysis, pricing and cost calculation experience.

• Certifications in Agile, Scrum or Product Management – a plus.
