Hays and the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) team have partnered in the search for Senior .Net Engineer with the largest Business Banking Platform.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll:

• Develop and enhance a business‑critical CRM platform used by relationship managers across the bank.
• Work closely with product owners and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality features into production at pace.
• Contribute to automation, DevOps maturity, and continuous improvement across the platform.
• Collaborate effectively with engineers and stakeholders across multiple geographies.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong commercial experience with .NET.
• Proven hands‑on experience with AWS, including Aurora
• Solid DevOps capability, including:
• CI/CD pipeline automation
• Automated testing
• Deployment automation and related tooling
• Comfortable working with AI coding agents as part of the development workflow.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• Exposure to full‑stack development, ideally with Next.js or React.js.
• Experience with AI‑integrated solutions (LLMs, agentic workflows, or similar).
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and the ability to work collaboratively within a distributed team.
• Comfortable partnering with stakeholders across regions.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to operate effectively in a fast‑moving Agile environment.
