Responsible for leading end-to-end product development, driving revenue, and optimizing customer experience through innovative digital strategies and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business goals and KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative product solutions, improving credit processes and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and drive product enhancements.
• Manage product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic product management and market analysis.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile delivery within the team.
• Conduct customer research and leverage data-driven insights to inform product strategies.

Qualifications:

• 11+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, and digital transformation.
• Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Protecht, Lucid, and Figma.
• Proven track record in revenue generation, digital lending, and credit process enhancements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
