Our client is responsible for the implementation and management of large-scale international projects and high-security databases involving cross-border information exchange (including SIS, EES, VIS, and international law enforcement protocols).

The Project You will work on a National Information System that enables the secure exchange of data between various European countries. This system is highly interconnected with multiple national and federal applications, serving as a critical hub for information sharing.

Mission & Responsibilities

• Development: Design, develop, and integrate complex technological components.
• Database Management: Implementation and maintenance of high-performance databases.
• Prototyping & Testing: Create prototypes and assist with the execution of comprehensive test programs.
• Documentation: Draft clear technical documentation for complex systems.
• Implementation: Assist with system configuration and deployment.
• Collaboration: Participate in technical meetings with project teams, working groups, and user stakeholders.
• Business Alignment: Gain a deep understanding of international data protocols and information exchange standards between national and central systems.

Profile & Skills

• Role: Expert Full-Stack Developer (Minimum 8 years of experience).
• Technical Stack:
• Java: Min. 8 years of experience.
• Angular, JavaScript, PHP: Min. 5 years of experience.
• PostgreSQL & OpenMQ: Min. 5 years of experience.
• Tools: GIT-Gitlab, Maven, and Linux (Min. 5 years).
• Methodology: Extensive experience in Agile environments (Min. 5 years).
• Availability: You are willing to participate in a 24/7 support guard system, with the requirement for on-site intervention within one hour if necessary.
• Soft Skills: Proactive, analytical, and capable of working in high-security environments.

Languages

• English: Active knowledge.
• Dutch or French: Active knowledge of at least one of these languages.
