La persona, riportando direttamente all'HR Director, si occuperà della gestione delle attività HR relative al gruppo.
Seguirà principalmente gli aspetti hard come: gestione del personale, amministrazione, cost controlling & budgeting, compensation & benefit, relazioni sindacali e legal.
Requisiti:
- Esperienza di 3/7 anni nelle attività sopra elencate;
- Disponibilità a recarsi in sede 5/5;
- Preferibile background di studi o professionale in ambito legal;
- Intraprenenza, dinamicità e proattività.
