You will:
- Lead in designing, building and maintaining Python services and tools; support Java where needed
- Lead or support migrations between Java and Python stacks, including refactoring and interoperability
- Perform code review and debugging
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver secure, scalable solutions and keep documentation up to date;
- Collaborate with other colleagues to ensure the best solution
- Continuously improve your skills and share knowledge within the team;
Core requirements:
- Proficiency in Python (3+ years), including deep understanding of asyncio, decorators, generators, and data structures
- Some experience with Java and exposure to Spring Boot would be a benefit
- Good understanding of software design principles, including design patterns, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and adherence to SOLID and Clean Code practices
- Good knowledge on microservices and REST APIs
- Comprehensive testing expertise, including TDD, creating complex fixtures (pytest), mocking strategies, and automated integration testing
- Positive attitude and strong motivation to learn and adapt
- Good command of English
- Exposure to messaging systems such as Kafka
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and container technologies like Docker
- Familiarity with container orchestration platforms such as OpenShift or Kubernetes
Monthly salary range from 4560 EUR to 6840 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).

Your job function (position) in the job contract will be IT Software Engineer (Cloud specialist), Senior. From 1 April 2026 it will be renamed to Software Engineering under our new job architecture, with no impact on the role or responsibilities.
