In this role, you will work extensively on integrations with internal systems within telecommunications or fintech domains, ensuring reliable data exchange and smooth communication between different platforms and backend services.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based backend systems.
- Work with microservices architecture and ensure high system performance and reliability.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and data integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting as part of the Agile development process.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- 2+ years of experience as a Java Developer.
- Strong knowledge of Java, microservices architecture, and backend optimization.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Docker.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English (at least B2 level).
- Experience in telco or fintech projects is considered a strong advantage.
