Role Overview
We are looking for an Agile Coach to join our teams and support a strategic client in their agile transformation journey. In this role, you will guide teams, leaders, and departments through adopting agile ways of working, fostering continuous improvement, enhancing collaboration, and enabling a strong agile mindset across the organization.
You will also play a key role in facilitating workshops, coaching leaders, and ensuring high-impact delivery practices.
What you will do
- Coach teams in agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and best practices to increase maturity and effectiveness;
- Lead and support the organization’s agile transformation, ensuring alignment with business goals and promoting a culture of continuous improvement;
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, reviews, retrospectives, and ceremonies for BA’s, DEV’s, Squad Leads, and Team Leaders;
- Define, track, and improve agile performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate team and transformation progress;
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams to promote high-quality communication and delivery alignment;
- Create and nurture feedback loops across teams to stimulate growth, reflection, and systemic improvements;
- Engage with managers and stakeholders to advocate for agile methodologies, address blockers, and ensure shared understanding of priorities;
- Continuously explore best practices, industry trends, and emerging methodologies to enhance coaching strategies and organizational agility.
What you are like
- Proficient in agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and experienced in large-scale agile environments;
- Skilled facilitator capable of leading workshops, training, and group dynamics across technical and non-technical audiences;
- Strong communicator and collaborator, capable of guiding teams and leaders through change;
- Experienced in defining and analyzing agile KPIs and metrics to drive continuous improvement;
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and navigating organizational challenges;
- Passionate about agile values, continuous learning, and enabling others to grow;
- Able to foster a safe, open environment that promotes feedback, transparency, and team empowerment.
