Agile Coach – Enterprise Transformation (Contract)
Location: Cluj, Romania (On-site 2–3 days per week mandatory)
Contract Duration: Until the end of 2026
Engagement Type: Full-time Contract
Daily Rate: €300–€340
We are supporting a large-scale enterprise transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to play a critical role in embedding foundational agile capabilities across multiple product and engineering teams.
This is not a theoretical coaching role. It requires a hands-on, outcomes-driven practitioner who can operate effectively within complex organisational environments, align with senior stakeholders, and deliver measurable behavioural and performance change.
On-site presence in Cluj, Romania 2–3 days per week is essential to build strong team engagement and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate transformation training into practical team-level execution.
- Reinforce agile values, principles, and delivery mindsets across product and engineering functions.
- Ensure consistent adoption of enterprise baseline standards.
- Provide clear documentation of interventions, constraints, and progress.
- Transition effectively between team engagements while maintaining programme continuity.
- Identify systemic constraints and conduct root cause analysis.
- Engage confidently with senior stakeholders and deliver leadership.
- Demonstrated experience coaching within large-scale enterprise transformations.
- Proven ability to design and execute structured coaching plans with defined current/target states.
- Strong experience driving measurable change and evidencing impact.
- Advanced facilitation capability, including scaled techniques such as Liberating Structures.
- Experience delivering engaging training sessions using “Training from the Back of the Room” principles.
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks, methodologies, and delivery models within product and engineering environments.
- Ability to assess knowledge uptake and embed sustainable behavioural change.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
