Nous recherchons un Chef de Projet (H/F/D) pour gérer des projets techniques de A à Z, dans un environnement structuré, moderne et à taille humaine.

Vos responsabilités

• Piloter les projets de la phase de conception jusqu’à leur finalisation
• Assurer le suivi des coûts, des délais et de la qualité
• Coordonner les intervenants internes et externes
• Proposer des solutions techniques adaptées et innovantes
• Réaliser les chiffrages et analyser la rentabilité des projets
• Conseiller et accompagner les clients tout au long des projets
• Élaborer et exploiter les plans techniques et documents de production

Votre profil

• Formation de Technicien ES ou Brevet fédéral dans le domaine du bois
• (la maîtrise fédérale constitue un atout)
• Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire, en gestion de projets techniques
• Excellentes capacités d’organisation et de planification
• À l’aise dans la prise de décision et la gestion des priorités
• Bon relationnel et fort esprit d’équipe

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects from concept through to completion in a structured, modern and people-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial concept to final delivery
• Monitor costs, timelines and quality standards
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
• Propose innovative and technically sound solutions
• Prepare cost estimates and analyse project profitability
• Advise and support clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Produce and manage technical drawings and production documentation

Your profile

• Technical qualification (ES Technician or Federal Diploma) in the wood industry
• (Federal Master qualification is a strong advantage)
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar technical project management role
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Confident decision-maker with excellent prioritisation abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
