Your team
Pictet Asset Management manages the assets of some of the world’s largest institutions, financial intermediaries and their clients. Our culture welcomes independent thinkers and centres around investment excellence, a long-term perspective and a dedication to client service.
We are looking for a Business Analyst for our Institutional team, where you will assist the Swiss Institutional team to serve and acquire institutional clients. You will be based in Zurich but given the Swiss wide reach of the team, you will have frequent interaction with colleagues in Geneva.
Your role
- Providing assistance to client relationship managers in their client activities by preparing visits, presentations, events and mailings and liaising with different investment teams
- Supporting our business development efforts through prospecting work such as proposals, market segmentation and presentation documents.
- Leveraging data analysis, optimising digital tools such as CRM systems, and improving technology-driven solutions to enhance workflows, improve client-related processes and provide actionable insights for client segmentation, market trends, and performance metrics.
- Support the Head of Swiss Institutional on internal projects and presentations, analyzing and visualizing data related to market and client developments
- Higher Education in Banking, Finance, Data Analytics, or related fields
- At least 3 years of full time work experience, ideally within banking, asset management or management consulting
- A highly motivated individual with analytical, communication and organisational skills and a willingness to take on tasks and work independently before reporting back to the team with results.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building a solid network within the Pictet Group.
- Excellent command of standard IT applications (MS Office) especially PowerPoint and a strong interest in data analysis techniques, leveraging technology to improve business processes.
- Fluent written and spoken in German with an excellent command in English; French would be a plus.
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
