Manual Tester

location: Warszawa, Białystok, Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Lublin, Łódź, Poznań, Rzeszów, Wrocław

The Key Responsibilities

  • Performing manual tests according to prepared test cases
  • Documenting test results and reporting bugs
  • Collaborating with the development team to ensure the quality of delivered solutions
  • Creating and updating test documentation
  • Participating in requirements analysis and identifying potential risk areas
  • Supporting users in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Working in multiple Scrum projects, adapting to different teams and project dynamics

Skills / Knowledge / Experience

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in manual testing of web applications
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies and software development life cycle
  • Ability to prepare test cases and test documentation
  • Familiarity with test management tools
  • Ability to report and analyze bugs
  • Willingness to develop skills in automated testing
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Good organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English enabling work with documentation
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with multiple project teams
