As the Life Science team in Strategy&Consulting/Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe, we serve the top global pharmaceutical and med-tech companies.

In this role, you will support consulting engagements focused on improving performance and quality across research and development functions. You will work with client teams to analyze current ways of working, design pragmatic solutions, and help drive adoption through clear plans and stakeholder engagement.

THE WORK:


  • Design and implement solutions in marketing, R&D, supply chain, and product lifecycle management for top global Life Sciences and Medical Technology companies.
  • Help clients reimagine their commercial strategies to scale customer-relevant engagements and achieve disruptive growth.
  • Support clients in a digital transformation of their key capabilities, embracing challenges as opportunities.
  • Help our clients innovate and grow in biomarkers, in-vitro diagnostics, lab technology, interventional medicine, biomedical engineering, and medical devices, driven by challenges.
  • Combine Accenture Technology Strategy & Life Sciences industry knowledge to drive demand, strengthen positioning, and accelerate project delivery, dedicated to ongoing improvement and enthusiastic about professional growth.


  • Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

    With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

    WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?


  • Analyze research and development processes (for example product development, clinical operations, quality, and laboratories) to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Translate business challenges into structured problem statements, hypotheses, and workplans.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses, synthesize insights, and convert findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Create client-ready deliverables including presentations, process maps, role descriptions, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Support implementation activities, including change planning, key performance indicator definition, and progress tracking.
  • Collaborate with Accenture and client stakeholders across functions to ensure alignment and measurable outcomes.

  • End-to-end formulation development process redesign for a top 10 pharma company
  • Electronic lab notebook platform implementation for a biotech startup
  • Audit readiness and quality by design implementation for a CDMO client
  • Legacy system migration to integrated R&D platform for multi-site organization


  • HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:


  • Master's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
  • At least two years of experience in consulting or in a Life Sciences organization within research and development, clinical operations, quality, regulatory, or related areas.
  • Practical knowledge of GLP, GCP, GMP standards and validation processes
  • Hands-on experience with at least one system: LIMS, ELN, SDMS, TrackWise, or Veeva Vault
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear approaches.
  • Experience creating high-quality presentations and documentation for senior stakeholders.
  • Very good English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Comfort working in a regulated environment and with cross-functional stakeholders.

    BONUS POINTS IF YOU ARE AND HAVE:


  • Management consulting or strategy consulting experience
  • Professional certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, RAC (Regulatory Affairs)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in R&D context
  • Cloud solutions experience (AWS, Azure) in GxP environments
  • Scientific publications or preclinical/clinical research experience
  • Additional European languages (German, French)

  • Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź and Gdańsk. 
  • Traveling to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change. We deliver our work in hybrid model, remotely, in our offices but also traveling and working closely with our Clients in their offices. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. That is why traveling declaration, willingness and ability to work at client locations mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long term, is required.
