We are seeking a Senior Manager – AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI Agents and advanced AI-driven data science solutions. This role will play a key part in scaling enterprise AI capabilities using Databricks, RAG architectures, fine-tuned LLMs, and modern MLOps practices.

You will work cross-functionally with business, technology, and data teams to deliver intelligent automation and measurable value across the organization.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of AI Agents using Databricks and LLM frameworks
• Design and implement RAG pipelines, vector databases, and fine-tuned AI models
• Develop advanced data science and machine learning solutions powered by AI agents
• Own the end-to-end AI lifecycle (data → modeling → deployment → monitoring)
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms and data ecosystems
• Ensure strong AI governance, performance, scalability, and reliability
• Lead and mentor a team of AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and MLOps specialists
• Manage AI initiative budgets and platform investments

✅ Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field

Experience

• 8–12 years in AI, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics
• 3–5 years leading AI or Data Science teams
• Experience delivering enterprise AI or Generative AI solutions (preferred)

🧠 Technical Skills

Essential

• Strong expertise in AI Agent development and orchestration
• Deep understanding of RAG, fine-tuning, and LLM concepts
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, MLflow, and Python
• Advanced machine learning and data science capabilities
• Prompt engineering and vector database experience
• MLOps and scalable AI deployment

Desirable

• Experience with Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Exposure to autonomous AI agents and GenAI solutions
