AI Implementation Engineer

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for an AI Implementation Engineer to turn approved AI use cases into production-ready, enterprise-grade solutions. Requiring strong applied AI background, and document-heavy problem spaces. Building practical, production-oriented AI systems that deliver measurable business value for legal and compliance teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Design, configure, and deploy production-grade pro-code AI agents
• Implement agent behaviors, tools, and workflows based on functional and technical specifications
• Embed AI agents into enterprise processes such as approvals, task execution, and data updates
• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures
• Integrate with enterprise data sources including Blob APIs, Cosmos DB, and SharePoint file shares
• Deploy and operate AI solutions in secure, enterprise-grade Azure environments
• Conduct structured testing, manage releases, and iterate on improvements
• Monitor, tune, and optimize agent performance using real user feedback and operational metrics
• Contribute to initial text-based chat agent workflows, with future extensions into translation, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and video/image capabilities

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI implementation, or solutions engineering on AI-driven initiatives
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks, including Microsoft agent frameworks
• Practical knowledge of vector databases and AI search / retrieval patterns
• Proven experience integrating enterprise systems via APIs
• Familiarity with enterprise workflow constructs (approvals, escalations, notifications, task orchestration)
• Experience deploying and operating secure, enterprise-grade solutions
• Ability to work effectively from structured backlogs and detailed specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to production quality, and a collaborative mindset
• Experience with Azure AI Studio extensibility or comparable AI platforms is a strong plus
• Fluent spoken and written English
